Kitchen Waste Treatment System Equipment

Invitation for Bids

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Hunan Xiangjiang River Watershed Existing Solid Waste Comprehensive Treatment, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts Yongzhou Kitchen Waste Treatment System Equipment (Contract No.: E-YZ02). Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The CNCCC International Tendering Co. Ltd. on behalf of Yongzhou City Urban Management Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

This project is Yongzhou Kitchen Waste Treatment System Equipment. The total capacity (long-term scale) is 200t/d kitchen waste + 40t/d waste grease treatment; the first phase project (recent equipment procurement scale) is 100t/d kitchen waste + 20t/d waste grease treatment, reserve the construction land for the second phase project.

The scope of this contract includes the Yongzhou Kitchen Waste Treatment System Equipment’s and pretreatment system (100t/d), waste grease pretreatment system, deodorization system, anaerobic fermentation system, 300m3/h biogas purification and storage treatment system, kitchen waste collection and transportation equipment, intelligent collection and transportation system supply, installation, commissioning, trial operation and other related services.

All equipment shall be delivered within 90 days after signing the contract, and the commissioning for the overall equipment shall be completed within 180 days after signing the contract.

International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
