The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Sustainable Rural Infrastructure and Watershed Management Sector Project Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Office (“the Employer”) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the the construction and completion of Upstream Check dam and road construction work, Ban Xouan, Pek District, Xiengkhouang Province (“the Works”).
Open competitive bidding-national advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
