Upgrading and modernizing irrigation scheme Erdeneburen subproject (Erdeneburen, Khovd)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

Invitation for Bids

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of the Vegetable Production and Irrigated Agriculture Project. Part of the proceeds of these loans will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of irrigation scheme including installation of irrigation equipment and power supply and establishment of windbreak and fence in Erdeneburen soum of Khovd aimag (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (International advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
