Item Description:
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following:
a) confidential, short-term counselling to staff in the resolution of work-related problems or problems of a personal nature that are adversely affecting job performance and productivity.
b) advice to UNFCCC management with the aim of improving the working atmosphere within the Organization by highlighting any systemic issues which are adversely affecting staff and their job performance and productivity.
Detailed specifications will be provided as part of the Invitation to Bid, which will be issued after the closing date of this request for EOI.
