Item Description:
The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti has a requirement for qualified service providers who have a proven track record in Providing Engineering Maintenance Services to support its operational requirements on “as and when required” basis, for the United Nations Mission Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), a Subsidiary Organ of the United Nations. The mainenance Serviuces shall included, but not be limited to:
- Building Maintenance works such as painting, flooring, roofing and ceiling repair works, etc.
- Plumbing Maintenance works
- Electrical installation and repair works
- HVAC installation and repair works
- Generator Maintenance/Servicing Works
- General Casual Services requiring unskilled tasks for activities such as loading, unloading, transporting merchandise and support to other skilled tasks, etc.
The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the UN’s Invitation to Bid (ITB), which will be emailed to all vendors responding to this EOI, in consideration of the conditions listed below.
No further details will be made available prior to the issuance and dispatch of the ITB. Conditions:
- Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the information requested in the vendor response form;
- If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: http://www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.).

This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. BINUH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
BINUH also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements.
Vendors already registered at the UNGM basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to level 1

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
Vendors/Companies interested in this published REOI should submit the following documentation on or before 22 September 2021.
- Copy of valid or ongoing license/registration to operate in chosen country;
- Provide UNGM registration number or status (Mandatory)- Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level 1;
- Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 72000000) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.
- Filled Vendor Response Form or electronic submission on UNGM platform;
Due to the nature of requirement, companies already registered and fully constituted in the surrounding country having experience in this field must provide valid business license.
Expressions of Interest not addressing the above Points to the satisfaction of BINUH shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid.
