Provision of Engineering Equipment, Spare Parts and Ancillary Services

The UN Procurement Division is seeking expressions of interest from qualified manufacturers or their authorized agents for the supply and delivery of engineering equipment, i.e. heavy-duty earth moving equipment used for engineering and construction works, including the provision of spare parts and ancillary services to the United Nations Field Missions in the Middle East, the Balkans, Africa, the Caribbean and Europe. The requirement includes the following equipment:

1. Backhoe Loaders;
2. Front End Loaders;
3. Skid Steer Loaders;
4. Motor Graders;
5. Bulldozers – Light;
6. Bulldozers – Medium;
7. Bulldozers – Heavy;
8. Vibratory Soil Compactors;
9. Vibratory Asphalt Compactors;
10. Wheeled Excavators.

EOI respondents shall be able to provide ANY or ALL the equipment listed above.

The UN expects the successful vendor to supply brand new engineering equipment, including after- sales support services (e.g. spare parts, warranty, tools, training, etc.) throughout the whole life cycle of the equipment, estimated to be 15 years. The resulting contract(s) will be on “as and when” required basis, and will be for an initial period of three (3) years with option to extend at the UN’s discretion for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each.
