Framework Market Survey for the performance of consultancy and works supervision services for the construction and renovation of tertiary buildings on the Swiss or French part of the CERN site

Item Description:

CERN intends to place several contracts for the performance of consultancy and works supervision services for the construction and renovation of tertiary buildings on the Swiss or on the French part of the CERN site, including survey of the existing, architectural, foundation and structural, HVAC and sanitary studies, building permit application, preparation of the documents and assistance in the invitation to tender phase, as well as direction and reception of the works.

Interested firms shall have a proven experience and competence in the full design of tertiary buildings and in the management of construction and renovation works of tertiary buildings.
