Maintenance, support and installation services for UN access control system

The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for maintenance, support and installation services of the Vienna Internal Centre access control system based on the Tyco Int./Software House CCure 9000 and a Stratus EverRun vitrualization environment.

The services will include at a minimum: Preventive maintenance based on OEM requirements, troubleshooting and repair of failures and/or faults of all access control system related software and hardware. The provider will also perform Moves, Adds, and Changes activities and provide CCure 9000 related hardware and/or software parts.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid/proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified companies interested in participating in the solicitation.

Interested vendors must complete the following Vendor Response Form (attached bleow), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine any EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for participation in a competitive bidding process. Accordingly, and Expression of Interest does not automatically warrant and interested company’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise.
