The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid in response to this Request for Quotation for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configuration of Call Management, Computing and Network System, and Power and Electrical System for Three Digital Centers with Interactive Call Centers in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 24 September 2021, at 10:00AM (Manila Time).

A Zoom Link will be provided to those who will confirm attendance by sending an email to procurement.ph@undp.org with the following details: Company name and address, Name and Position of Representative, Email address and contact number of Representative. Please write in the email subject line: “Pre-bid conference for RFQ-084-PHL-2021: Digital Centers” and confirm attendance by 23 September 2021. 

Interested bidders are requested to register on the UNDP eTendering website – https://etendering.partneragencies.org  and search for the tender documents with the following information:

Please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the RFQ and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set in the eTendering system. Any and all amendments to the bid documents, responses to bidders’ clarifications, and possible extensions of the deadline will be posted on the eTendering website. Please make sure you register on the website and click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ button for this event so you can receive notifications on posted updates.
