Subject of this call for tender
The subject of this call for tender is the provision of an EU mapping platform (prototype) for COVID-19 therapeutics as part of the preparation for the Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA) ‘Preparatory Action’. The tender implements the EU strategy on COVID-19 therapeutics1 .
The Service contract encompasses the feasibility assessment, the design and prototype development of an interactive platform mapping the production capacity and supply of COVID-19 therapeutics in the EU including products in research and development phases. Such therapeutics can include ICU medicines, heparin, dexamethasone and antibiotics, in vitro diagnostics devices/companion diagnostics.
