Completing Unfinished Building and Changing Admin Building to Central Library and Student Activity Centrum, Construction of Lecture Building and Laboratory at Bukit Indah and Releut Campus, Administration Office, and General Building

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Republic Indonesia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Government of Republic Indonesia through the University of Malikussaleh, Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic Indonesia (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Civil Work package CWM-02 Completing unfinished building and changing admin building to central library and student activity centrum, construction of lecture building and laboratory at Bukit Indah and Releut Campus, administration office, and general building (“the Works”) with the total size of approx. 32,500 m sq.

Open competitive bidding with national advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s single-stage: one-envelope without prequalification procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
