The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Characteristics of the services to be provided

The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the professional cleaning and maintenance of the Delegation premises.

The Delegation premises comprise a total space of 2837,21 square meters which includes reception, hall, corridors, offices, conference room, outdoor deck, toilets, kitchens, doors, archives, storage and parking spaces.
