Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Line and Household Connection Works for Ramu – Madang, Port Moresby and West New Britain Distribution Grids

The Government of Papua New Guinea has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Power Sector Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Papua New Guinea Power Ltd (PPL, “the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Line and Household Connection Works for Ramu – Madang, Port Moresby and West New Britain Distribution Grids (“the Facilities”).

Bidders may bid for any one or more combination of lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.

Open competitive bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
