The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposals (RFP).

Objective

The Information Technology (IT) department is responsible for implementing solutions for the different departments of The Global Fund Secretariat. The Global Fund seeks to identify a solution to consolidate & manage our Organizational Performance, Planning and Process Management efforts. We are looking for a supplier who will act as an investigator of potential solutions, assess different options, advise on the best-fit solutions and support on implementation & project management.

This request will include investigation, selection, and implementation of potential solutions to enable The Global Fund’s Organizational Performance, Planning and Process Management efforts, including: 1) easy metric reporting data entry and approval via workflows; 2) metric performance visualization (leveraging automatic calculations, clickable dashboards, storage of data over time to allow for trend analysis, etc.), 3) content management of process / strategic objective documentation; 4) submission and review of budget requests. The supplier will also be responsible for implementation of the selected solution.

The business department at the Global Fund in charge of Organizational Performance, Planning and Process Management is the Strategy & Policy Hub.
