Service Contract for the Maintenance of the Security Installations of the JRC Petten

Item Description:

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of the contract is to ensure an all-inclusive maintenance service for the security systems installed on JRC Petten premises. The contract will cover all preventive and corrective maintenance operations as well as future extensions and development of the systems according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.

The maintenance operations must comply with the manufacturer’s requirements as regards methods, procedures, materials, products and tools used and any other obligations (human, material, legal or financial).

All equipment and/or spare parts installed must comply with the relevant EN standards and must be “European Conform”.
