Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Urban Environment and Climate Change Adaptation Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Provincial People’s Committee of Quang Nam (Quang Nam PPC) represented by Quang Nam Project Management Unit of Transport Construction Works (“the Employer”) invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the HA/W3-2 Dredging Co Co river – Dredging (“the Works”). The scope of works includes: (1) Dredging Co Co River from Km14+00 -m19+453; (2) Installation of waterway signal system.

National competitive bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
