Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Purpose of the contract

The object of this contract is the operation and preventive, curative and predictive maintenance, as well as the full guarantee and specific works related to the technical installations, excluding lifting devices, of the buildings occupied and/or managed by the European Commission located in the Brussels-Capital Region and surrounding area.

• Lot 1: Maintenance and specific works – buildings of lot no 1

The object of this contract is the operation and preventive, curative and predictive maintenance, as well as the full guarantee and specific works related to the technical installations, excluding lifting devices, of the buildings forming part of lot 1, occupied and/or managed by the European Commission located in the Brussels-Capital Region and surrounding area.

• Lot 2: Maintenance and specific works – buildings of lot no 2

The object of this contract is the operation and preventive, curative and predictive maintenance, as well as the full guarantee and specific works related to the technical installations, excluding lifting devices, of the buildings forming part of lot 2, occupied and/or managed by the European Commission located in the Brussels-Capital Region and surrounding area.

• Lot 3: Maintenance and specific works – buildings occupied by the EEAS

The object of this contract is the operation and preventive, curative and predictive maintenance, as well as the full guarantee and specific works related to the technical installations, excluding lifting devices, of the buildings forming part of lot 3, occupied and/or managed by the EEAS located in the Brussels-Capital Region and surrounding area.
