Dushanbe-Kulob Road Safety Improvements (km 36 and km 99)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Corridors 2, 5, and 6 (Dushanbe–Kurgonteppa) Road Project – Additional Financing, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Dushanbe-Kulob Road Safety Improvements Works (km 36 and km 99) (“the Works”).

Open competitive bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
