Provision of Cleaning Services for the Delegation of the European Union to Guyana

Item Description:

The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to Guyana, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework service contract for the provision of cleaning services, in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.

Characteristics of the services to be provided

The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the professional cleaning of the Delegation premises and ad-hoc cleaning in the Ambassador’s residence.

The Delegation premises comprise a total space of 1703 m² which includes reception, hall, corridors, offices, meeting rooms, outdoor decks, toilets, kitchens, doors, archives, glass doors, storage and parking spaces
