Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Diesel Generators Sets, Spare Parts and Filters

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the supply, installation and commissioning of 5×1250 kVA Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Generators with spare parts and filters to UNIFIL Headquarters Naqoura, South Lebanon based on a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) as per quantities and specifications indicated in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The contractor will have the responsibility to supply, install, commission and to provide an on-the-job training to UNIFIL generator technicians. The Contract will be established for an initial period of One (1) year from the date of its signature with an optional extension of 2 additional periods of one (1+1) year each or part thereof, subject to continued requirement and extension of UNIFIL’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the selected Bidder(s). The maximum contract duration shall be 3 years.

For the purpose of establishing a contract, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
