The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Hunan Xiangjiang River Watershed Existing Solid Waste Comprehensive Treatment (Loan No.: 3712-PRC) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing payments under the contract for Changning Integrated MSW System Equipment (Contract No. E-CN01). Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The CNCCC International Tendering Company (the “Procurement Agent”), on behalf of Changning House and Urban-Rural Development Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

The supply and related services of Hydraulic Lifter Garbage Truck, Cleaning Tanker, Suction Sewage Truck, Cleaning Sweeper Truck, Dust Suppression Truck, Integral Garbage Compressor and Complete Compression Equipment etc. The delivery location is Changning Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Please refer to Section 6 Schedule of Supply of the Bidding Document for details. The cost estimate of the contract is CNY 37,184,000.00.

All the contract goods shall be delivered to the destination within 180 days after signing the contract.

International Competitive Bidding-International (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
