Provision of postal services for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators

Item Description:

The European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is an Agency of the European Union by the Third Energy Package in 2009. It was established in 2010 and has its seat in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

ACER’s missions and tasks are defined by the Directives and Regulations of the Third Energy Package, especially Regulation (EC) 713/2009 establishing the Agency. In 2011, ACER received additional tasks under Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT) and in 2013 under Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure.

ACER is planning to award the contract for the provision of postal services for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators.

This tender is divided into two (2) lots:

• Lot 1: Provision of domestic ordinary, domestic express and international ordinary postal services for the Agency.
• Lot 2: Provision of cross-border express delivery postal services within twenty-four (24) hours for the Agency including the collection and delivery of postal items of different weight and formats.

Tenderers may submit offers for one or two lots. Tenderers wishing to apply for more than one lot must submit a separate tender for each lot.
