The European Patent Organisation is an intergovernmental organisation that was set up on 7 October 1977 on the basis of the European Patent Convention (EPC) signed in Munich in 1973. It has two bodies, the European Patent Office and the Administrative Council.

Objective of this tender

The European Patent Organisation issues this tender for Editing, mainly in English; translation, primarily from English to French and German, but also involving other combinations of EPO official and non-official languages; management of editing and translation performed by specialist linguists; to a lesser extent, related services such as document alignment, formatting and terminology (terminology extraction and glossary creation).
