Provision of Credit line of maximum EUR 200 000 000 to finance building acquisition projects of the EEAS for and on behalf of the European Union

Item Description:

The European External Action Service (EEAS) (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a single framework service contract for the provision of a credit service, in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.

Subject of the Contract

The contractor shall put at the disposal of the EEAS a credit line of maximum EUR 200 000 000 through a framework contract of duration of 4 years, which will be implemented through the signature of specific contract (Loan Agreement, Annex IV of FWC). In case a loan is drawn from this credit line the minimum amount would be EUR 1 000 000.

Article 264 and 266 of the Financial Regulation N° 2018/1046 gives the possibility to each EU Institution to borrow money to finance building acquisition projects.

The place of performance is Brussels.
