Development of a RDH Data Portal Website Phase 1

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for The Asia-Pacific Regional Data Hub (RDH) of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), for which this for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Development of a RDH Data Portal Website– Phase 1

More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

• Section I. Instructions to Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
• Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms
• Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms and/or Excel template
• Section IV. Standard Form of Contract
• Section V. Terms of Reference
• Additional 1. Vendor Information Sheet and Code of Conduct for Supplier Additional 2. Financial proposal Excel template

The Proposals with different password-protected and must be submitted in separate email through email address ROBangkokPL@iom.int without copying any IOM staff, including the Procurement staff in charge of this solicitation on 22 March 2022 (midnight, Thailand time (GMT +7)) Proposals sent to any other IOM email address other than above, either by direct email, by copy, or by blind copy will be rejected. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Time zone difference and IOM email inbox has capacity of 5MB and Service Providers must be taken into consideration. Proposals maybe sent in batches with proper subject name.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
