UNICEF Indonesia would like to request your proposals for Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for Provision of Simultaneous Interpreter, Proof Reading and Translation Services. Please find attached the following bidding documents and annexes for your references in submitting proposals.

A pre bid meeting will be conducted on Monday, 11 March 2019 @10:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time at the following address:

Bidder who’s not able to attend the pre bid meeting at UNICEF Jakarta Office can be connected through skype or teleconference. Please contact Suparlan Wiyono at email swiyono@unicef.org cc to John Alfonso at email jalfonso@unicef.org before the date and time of the pre bid meeting for getting access to skype & teleconference.

You are requested to submit your both Technical and Financial proposals electronically in PDF format and sent to jakartasupply@unicef.org as separate PDF files no later than Tuesday, 19 March 2019 @17:00 hours Jakarta Local Time.
