Item Description:

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified Bids for the provision of the following services:

• LOT 1: Management services and technical support for existing CISCO equipment, listed in Annex B as per the SLA parameters listed in Table 1 and ensure basic service functionalities, Annex C of these Terms of Reference.

• LOT 2: Professional services, aimed at UCM configuration and assistance of its deployment.

Your company is hereby invited to submit your best Technical and Financial Bids for either or both of the requested LOTs.
