Provision of Executive Search & Assessment Services and Background Screening Services

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Executive Search & Assessment Services and Background Screening Services. The objective of this tender is to establish non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with a limited number of reputable and experienced Service Providers with extensive experience in executive and non-executive-level recruitment services, particularly for international organizations. The SPs will partner with IFAD’s Human Resources Business Partners in providing a number of Human Resources related services.

The Terms of Reference (ToRs) have been divided into two LOTS for 2 Levels of recruitment processes as set out below:

• LOT 1 – Level 1: Provision of executive search firm services to assist and facilitate in the recruitment of Senior Management positions falling vacant (D1 and above).
• LOT 2 – Level 2: Provision of executive search firm services to assist and facilitate in the recruitment of Professional positions falling vacant (P3 to P5).

For above Level 1 and 2 reference checks and checking the candidates’ profile meeting minimum and desired requirements as per job description should be included. IFAD’s intention is to select the best four vendors (at least two vendors per each LOT) as the result of this tender who will be awarded with LTAs.
