Construction of Main and Secondary Canals and associated structures-Package III

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has applied financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the MOWRAM/PPO-CW02-Package III: Construction of Civil works of Main and Secondary Canals and Associated Structures (“the Works”).

Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
