Supply and Installation for Elevator and Public equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received a financing from the ADB towards the cost of Hebei Elderly Care Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Xinji Elderly Care Service Center Subproject –Supply and Installation for Elevator and Public equipment (Contract No.: XJ-E01) (hereinafter referred to as “the Goods and related services”).

The Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd. (the “Procurement Agent”), authorized by Xinji Juyouleyuan Elderly Care Service Corporation (the “Purchaser”) to act for and on its behalf, now invites sealed bids from all eligible Bidders for the Goods and related services. The main equipment are: To provide procurement and installation services for elevators, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, power substation and distribution, external power supply, integrated sewage water and reclaimed water equipment in water supply and drainage equipment, weak power system, office supplies and office furniture, kitchen and restaurant equipment, household appliances and washing equipment for Xinji Comprehensive Elderly Care Service Center and 5 day care centers, and to provide relevant equipment commissioning, trial operation, training and other related incidental services to ensure that the systems or equipment are working properly. The delivery period is within 210 days from contract signature. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the Section VI of Bidding Documents.

International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
