The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Henan Dengzhou Integrated River Restoration and Ecological Protection Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Dengzhou City Government (DCG) (‘the Employer”) invites sealed bids from all eligible Bidders for Contract No. WR-ES03: Pump Station in the Jiulong Waterworks.
Earliest Delivery Time: 180 days following the date of signature of the Contract Latest Delivery Time: 360 days following the date of signature of the Contract
Open Competitive Bidding (National advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
