Item Description:
The Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (hereafter referred to as the “contracting authority”) under the powers delegated by the European Commission (‘the Commission’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist in the contract notice, the invitation letter, the tender specifications with their annexes and the draft contract(s). All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.
The objective of the framework contract is to provide studies related to consumer or citizen behaviour. Such studies will scrutinise the impact of different factors that affect consumers’ behaviour and decision-making. Information acquired through these studies will enhance the understanding of EU consumers’ decision-making processes and, therefore, provide an evidence base for future policy making.
