La présente consultation vise à identifier un prestataire de services algérien (Etablissement de droit algérien), public ou privé, en mesure d’élaborer et de dispenser en Algérie au niveau des Wilayas de Bejaia, Biskra et Tlemcen, l’ensemble ou une partie des 3 programmes de formations identifiés par le projet en intégrant une composante forte de pratique en entreprise.
