Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the cooling and ventilation systems for the new SPS beam dump on the Swiss side of the CERN site

Item Description:

CERN intends to place a contract for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 270 kW demi water cooling skid (2 electromagnetic pump of 21m3/h for 5bar fully redundant) and a 1000m³/h for -7000 Pa fully redundant filtering and extraction ventilation system. The installation and commissioning works are foreseen to be completed by July 2020.

Interested firms shall have a proven competence and experience in the field of design, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of cooling systems.
