    Item Description:

    The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) issues the present Request for Proposal to select a qualified company for the Redesign of WSIS Websites and Web Applications. The agreement resulting from this Request for Proposal will contain the ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods (Annex 3), The Terms of Reference, the successful bidder’s proposal and any other specific terms and conditions detailed herein.

    UNGM Registration and access to the Solicitation document

    This Request for Proposal is issued by means of a secured web-based e-tendering tool (“In-tend”) which is interfaced with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). To access the Solicitation document, address any correspondence to ITU, consult any updates and submit a proposal, bidders must be registered in UNGM (at least Basic registration level) following the Vendor Registration Process: https://www.ungm.org/Account/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fVendor%2fRegistration. Bidders may contact UNGM technical support (registry@ungm.org) for assistance during the registration process. During the registration process, it is highly recommended to insert at least the UNSPSC codes 81110000 and 81112103, which are relevant to subject solicitation. Once registered and logged-in on UNGM, select “Tender Notices” on the left menu, click on “Show More Criteria” and insert “ITU” in the ‘’UN Organization’’ field. A list of ITU’s recently published solicitations will appear.

    Requests for Clarification and Submission of Proposals

    Bidders requiring any clarification about the present document, or the solicitation process itself, may submit their queries in writing only via In-tend “Correspondence” interface by the deadline of Thursday, 25 November 2021 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time). A consolidated and anonymous list of all queries received, together with ITU’s answers, will be shared through In-tend. Proposals must be submitted electronically as searchable PDF files using In-tend by the deadline of Monday, 13 December 2021 at 15:00 hours (Geneva time) as detailed in Section 6.

    Solicitation Document amendments and other notices

    Bidders are informed that ITU reserves the right to amend the present document prior to the Bid Closing Date. Accordingly, Bidders shall check if any amendments or communications have been provided by accessing the In-tend portal on a regular basis.
