Provision of Phones

At the Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) the Procurement Division (PD) is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the provision of phone configurations and related services at the United Nations Headquarters in New York (UNHQ), UN Agencies and field missions.

UNHQ is in the preparation process to migrate to Microsoft Teams telephony using four (4) types of phones to establish seamless voice communications among MS Teams clients, PSTN and desk extensions:

Entry Level Phone – primarily used in common areas, office entry, elevators. Standard User Phone – primarily used for office users.
Advanced User Phone VIP – primarily used for management and VIP users. Conference Phone – primarily used in conference rooms or VIP office rooms.

All the phones must be MS Teams enabled, ethernet port, WI-FI, POE, wall-mountable, headset, speakerphone, etc.
