Item Description:
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) is the regional development arm of the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region and it is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. The UNESCAP premises in Bangkok presently comprises the Secretariat Building, the Service Building and the United Nations Conference Centre.
Description of Requirements
UNESCAP requests Expressions of Interest from duly qualified and experienced firms for the Supply of filters to be used with Air Handling Units and Air Purifier Units in multiple locations within the UNESCAP premises. The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year each, totaling at five (5) years duration.
1.2 The technical specifications of current installed filters are provided under section 2.
1.3 The list of installed filters and estimated usage per year are provided under section 3 for guidance. The actual amount to be ordered, on an as and when required basis, may vary based on actual needs/requirements determined by UNESCAP.
1.4 The vendor must have a permanent representation and technical support services office established in Thailand.
