Item Description:

Venue to facilitate key decisions being made during the Board Retreat
In addition to the meeting space, two coffee breaks, lunch for up to 60 people, the following requirements should be provided:
1. Up to 30 bedrooms may be required from 26th February to 1st of March
2. Large meeting room that can accommodate 60 people, 32 around a Board style table 3. Two small holding rooms
4. Two coffee breaks per day for 60 people
5. Buffet lunch for 60 people
6. 30 rooms (incl. breakfast) from 26.02 to 01.03
7. Basic Audio visual requirements will be needed in the room such as projector and
screen.
