Provision of Maintenance of Plone Application

Item Description:

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), referred to below as the Contracting Authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose

The contractor will provide maintenance services and technical support. As part of the maintenance needs, adaptations, dealing with bugs as well as new small developments might be regularly required. In the development process of new features, the contractor is expected to use up to date usability knowledge to make sure new features are fitting well to the user experience within the application and are user friendly. EU-OSHA would also require the contractor to provide helpdesk support to the external developers of OIRA tools. This is limited to 17 official national OiRA partners and their possible subcontractors developing tool content, as well as the OiRA team in EU-OSHA.
