The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Shandong Spring City Green Modern Trolley Bus Demonstration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Jinan Public Transport Group Co. Ltd. (‘the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following supply of goods and related services: 12m Dual-mode Electric Trolley Buses.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB as described in the Bidding Documents.
