Procurement of Food processing and commercial kitchen equipment and accessories for Suriname

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is an intergovernmental organization with more than 194 member countries. FAO issues this Invitation to bid for the Procurement of Food processing and commercial kitchen equipment and accessories for Suriname. Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid: i. The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form. ii. The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the form enclosed. iii. The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed. iv. The Bidder must provide the certificate of registration of the bidder’s firm or company (business license, articles of incorporation or equivalent document). v. The Bidder must provide its business profile detailing its experience in selling food processing or kitchen equipment. It is required a minimum experience of four (4) years selling food processing or kitchen equipment. Please include previous contracts or purchase orders as evidence. vi. The Bidder must provide its proposal for the provision of after-sale service and warranty coverage in Suriname. You may provide an offer for any of the items detailed in the attached tender document.
