Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Second Urban Environmental Management in the Tonle Sap Basin Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment for Battambang Solid Waste Management (PMU/MPWT/TS-2/NCB/G02a).
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment for Battambang Solid Waste Management (PMU/MPWT/TS-2/NCB/G02a.
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with specified RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all qualified Bidders from eligible source countries including ADB non-member countries as described in the Bidding Document.
