Item Description:
The European Environment Agency (EEA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The subject of this call for tender is the purchase of a HubSpot license and associated implementation and consultancy services to set up and implement a new stakeholder relations and email marketing solution at the EEA.
In line with the above, the objectives of this call for tenders are the following:
- Objective 1: To provide the stakeholder relations and email marketing platform according to the EEA’s need by licensing various identified HubSpot services
- Objective 2: To implement and integrate the identified HubSpot services with EEA’s tools and systems
- Objective 3: To provide consultancy services for maintenance and support
All communications with the EEA shall be in English, being the working language at the EEA, and all deliverables must be provided in English. Kick-off meeting is foreseen to be online; workshop and training should be in person.
