Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to purchase Prefabricated buildings equipped with necessary equipment, assembled and installed at Samos Island and various locations, for which this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued.
The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) invites the interested manufacturers/suppliers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the supply and installation of Prefabricated buildings at facilities listed in the attached Letter of Invitation.
The tender is divided into lots. Interested bidders may submit bid for one (1) or more lots. The evaluation and award of contract will be conducted per lot. Selective bidding for reduced quantity for each lot is not allowed.
IOM reserves the right to select the most favorable solution in terms of IOM’s programmatic requirements.

The Bids must be delivered on or before 2nd February 2021, 16:00 hrs local time. No late bids shall be accepted.
Tender procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.
The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder(s).
