Selection of an event management firm to coordinate the organization of events

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) intent to select an event management firm to coordinate the organization of events in twelve project countries, divided into two separate lots as follows:

• Lot no. 1: Projects in West and Central African countries such as: Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Niger, Mali, Burkina and Central African Republic;
• Lot no. 2: Projects in Eastern and Southern African countries such as: Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique and Cameroun.

Potential bidders can bid for one (01) lot or for the two (02) lots. A firm may be awarded one (01) lot or both (02) lots.

The Bank is seeking to establish with the selected service provider a one-year agreement for the said services.
