Provision of Plumbing Fixtures, Borehole Drilling Materials, Water and Sanitation Tools, Chemicals and Equipment to UNISFA

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by email as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

The company must have relevant experience in the supply of plumbing fixtures, borehole drilling materials, water and sanitation tools, chemicals and equipment and tools for at least two years.

Vendors shall confirm their acceptance for UNISFA to visit their premises to assess whether they have the capacity and ability to supply and deliver the required plumbing fixtures, borehole drilling materials, water and sanitation tools, chemicals and equipment.

The UNISFA Procurement Unit shall reject any EOI that does not contain a UNGM vendor registration number and registration under the specified UNSPSC.

This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNISFA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

The EOI, clearly marked ” Provision of Plumbing Fixtures, Borehole Drilling Materials, Water and Sanitation Tools, Chemicals and Equipment” must be received by UNISFA no later than Thursday, 20 October 2022 at 16:00 hours local time in Abyei (GMT or UTC +2), via email to unisfa-scms-procurement@un.org; with karimanzira@un.org in copy.
