Provision of Catering Services

Item Description:

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons’ (OPCW) mission is to implement the provisions of the Chemical Weapons Convention to achieve our vision of a world free of chemical weapons and the threat of their use, and in which chemistry is used for peace, progress, and prosperity.

The OPCW is seeking a qualified vendor for the provision of catering servicing for 3-years with a possible extension of two years (5 years in total).

The services include the supply of Catering Services at the OPCW Headquarters in The Hague, the Netherlands as follows:

1. Lot 1: Executive catering for ODG (DG lunches and receptions);
2. Lot 2: Provision of fully serviced vending machines;
3. Lot 3: Provision of self-service cafeteria or staffed food and beverage service; and
4. Lot 4: Other catering services for meetings and events.

The ideal outcome would be to select one contractor that can cover all catering services. This RFP is presented in separate Statements of Work to enable offers for part of the services. Awarding the services per Statement of Work to more than one contractor will be considered if it is not possible to find one contractor for all services. In that case consideration will be given to exclusivity, i.e., it is not the intention that contractors will have to compete for scarce clients and facilities.
