ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The BIIG1 – Bac Kan Subproject Project Management Unit invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the Improvement 26 km roads up to the standard of grade IV mountainous roads (according to Standard 4054-2005: Highway − Specifications for design) and constructing 1 bridge on the route in Ba Be and Pac Nam district, Bac Kan province. The contract will be completed in 6 months.
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
