    Item Description:

    The United Nations Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the Provision of Airport Ground Handling Services for UNISFA at Khartoum International Airport.

    Description of General Requirements:

    1. The UNISFA is looking to establish a long-term agreement with a qualified service provider for the provision of airport ground handling services for UNISFA at Khartoum International Airport.
    2. The Ground Handling services include Ground and Air Terminal Passenger & Cargo Handling Services, VIP Services and Bus Transportation Services, required as defined in this SOW and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract, applicable ICAO; DPO Aviation and MOVCON Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Directives and Administrative Instructions by UNISFA.
    3. The contractor shall provide the required services at Khartoum International Airport (IATA: KRT, ICAO: HKSS) to all flights that are reflected on the UNISFA Daily Flight Schedule (DFS) and/or as directed by UNISFA.
    4. The Minimum mandatory requirement shall include tugs, dollies, stair, belt loader, baggage conveyer, high loader, K loader, trolly, forklift 3-ton, forklift 15 ton, ASU GPU, Toilet service.
    5. By nature of the services required, this requirement is limited to companies in Sudan only.

    Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by email as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

    1. The company must have relevant experience in the provision of airport ground handling services for at least ten years.
    2. Vendors shall confirm their acceptance for UNISFA to visit their premises to assess whether they have the capacity and ability to provide airport ground handling services.
    3. Vendors must be lATA; ICAO; or SCAA certified and provide proof of certification.
    4. The UNISFA Procurement Unit shall reject any EOI that does not contain a UNGM vendor registration number and registration under the specified UNSPSC.

    This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNISFA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

    The EOI, clearly marked ” Provision of Airport Ground Handling Services for UNISFA at Khartoum International Airport ” must be received by UNISFA no later than Friday, 14 October 2022 at 16:00 hours local time in Abyei (GMT or UTC +2), via email to unisfa-scms-procurement@un.org; with karimanzira@un.org in copy.
