The Republic of Turkey has been allocated grantfunds from the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Trust Fund which are administered by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and executedby the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and EU of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MENR). MENR intends toapply the funds to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services for Technical Review, Analysis and Assessment of Energy Efficiency on Transmission Grids under IPA 2013 Energy SectorProgram Phase-2.
The scope of the consulting services (“the Services”) will include technical review, analysis and assessment of energy efficiency in the operation and maintenance of electricity transmission grids. In this regard, The Consultant is expected to conduct relevant preparatory studies (technical review, needs assessment, feasibility study etc.) for improvement of the efficient useof energy in management and operation of electricity transmission infrastructure. The duration of services is envisaged as 12 months.
